Workflow Map
The Wraptor job lifecycle, end to end. Each stage links the modules that operate in it.
0. Get found → Directory — the public front door. A customer searching "wrap shop near me" finds your listing and sends a quote request before they're your customer; that request becomes a lead.
- Lead → Marketing, Customers, Inbox, request-a-quote (in Quotes) — directory and email inquiries land in the Lead Inbox and become customers.
- Quote → Quotes, Customers, Vehicles — build and send an itemized quote; the customer approves it on a no-login public link.
- Proof → Proofs, Studio, Files, Designs — artwork mockups go out for no-login approval; Designs is Wraptor's own D2C design service that delivers print-ready art into this stage.
- Schedule → Calendar, Team — book the install into a bay and assign the crew.
- Produce → Ops, Inventory, Equipment, Colors — print, laminate, and prep; material is deducted and the daily checklist runs.
- Install → Calendar, Ops, Jobs — the wrap goes on the vehicle.
- Invoice → Invoicing & billing, pay (in invoicing) — turn the approved quote into an invoice; the customer pays on a no-login link.
- Follow-up → Marketing, Customers, Reports — a completed job prompts a review and feeds the next campaign.
Cross-cutting (active in every stage):
- Jobs is the spine record threaded through every stage — the job board is the workflow.
- Track is the customer's live view of stages 2–8: a public, no-login status page that updates as you move the job across the board, with one-tap links to the proof and pay touchpoints.
- AI (Wraptor AI) is a slide-out panel on every screen — install troubleshooting, film/tint/PPF specs, and answers about your live shop data at any stage.
- Dashboard overview surfaces the current state across all stages.
