Plans — pick the subscription that fits your shop
Who it's for
Plans is for the owner or manager who decides what Wraptor costs and what it unlocks. Starting a trial, upgrading as you grow, and managing your card and invoices all live here. Day-to-day staff never see this — only a Manager can touch billing.
Where it fits
Your plan is the gate in front of the whole app. On a paid or trial subscription you get the full app; without one, Wraptor sends you to the plan picker. Your tier also quietly decides how far some features stretch — how many people you can add, how many locations, how much file storage, how many AI generations a month, and whether extras like your in-app inbox, your shop website, and proofing are switched on. You choose a plan once at sign-up (with a free trial), then manage it anytime from Billing → My Subscription (in the "More" menu) or Settings.
A separate Free Claim tier exists for shops that claimed their directory listing — it's marketing-tools-only and skips the dashboard. Everything below describes the paid plans and the trial.
Overview
One self-serve plan, priced by what you add. Every paid trial starts with a 30-day free trial — no credit card required.
| Plan | Per month | Per year | Includes | Everything on? |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Wraptor | $79 | $790 | 1 seat · 1 location · 10 GB storage · 25 AI credits/mo · 2 newsletters/wk | Yes — every feature, from seat one |
| Franchise | Contact us | — | Unlimited seats, locations, storage, AI credits | Yes |
There's no tier ladder to climb — one plan, and you scale it with add-ons instead of upgrading:
| Add as you grow | Price |
|---|---|
| Extra seat | +$20/mo |
| Extra location | +$29/mo |
| Extra storage | +$5 per 100 GB/mo |
| AI credit packs | from $15, one-time top-up |
Monthly or annual. A toggle on the picker switches between the two. Annual bills at 10× the monthly price — so you get two months free. (Wraptor is $79/mo or $790/yr instead of $948.)
What's included: the full job board, quotes, proofs, calendar, invoicing, CRM, inventory, WraptorMail (your in-app shop inbox), your own shop website, client proofing, directory leads, Wrap Studio AI, custom branding, newsletters, and the AI assistant — every feature, on the $79/mo base, from seat one. Nothing is feature-gated; price only scales with how many seats, locations, storage, and AI credits you need.
Founding shops: the first 50 shops lock in 5 seats, 2 locations, and 50 AI credits/mo for $99/mo — for as long as they stay subscribed. The pricing page shows a live count of spots left; when it hits zero, the offer disappears.
Franchise is for unlimited everything and is set up by talking to our team — it isn't on the self-serve picker.
Already subscribed on the old ladder? Shops that signed up before the one-plan pricing change keep their original plan and price for as long as they stay subscribed — Designer ($25/mo), Installer ($49/mo), Shop ($150/mo), Pro Shop ($250/mo), and Multi-Shop ($400/mo) aren't going anywhere. Nothing changes unless you choose to switch to the new plan from the billing portal.
Screens & navigation
There are two places plans live:
- The plan picker (
/select-plan) — where you start your trial. You land here automatically when you sign up, or whenever your shop has no active subscription. It shows one card for Wraptor ($79/mo) with a crew-size slider — drag it to add seats and see your live total — plus a Monthly / Annual toggle. Franchise isn't shown — contact us for that. - Billing → My Subscription — once you're in, your live plan, usage meters (seats, locations, storage, AI credits), and a Manage Subscription button live in the Billing screen (in the "More" menu) on the My Subscription tab. The same panel is reachable from Settings. Manage Subscription opens our secure Stripe billing portal, where you add or change your card, switch plans, download invoices, or cancel.

Settings & permissions
Who can manage billing Only a Manager can start a trial, change plans, or open the billing portal. Other roles who reach the plan screen see a "Subscription Required — contact your administrator" message. There's no separate "billing" toggle to hand out; it's tied to the Manager role.
Trial → paid A trial runs 30 days. To keep going, add a card through the billing portal before it ends. If a trial lapses, you'll see a "Your trial has ended" prompt to pick a plan.
If a payment fails Wraptor gives you a grace period — the app keeps working and a banner asks you to fix your card. After the grace window, the shop goes read-only (you can view but not change things) until payment succeeds. Update your card from the portal to restore full access right away.
Canceled A canceled subscription blocks the dashboard at the end of the period and routes back to the plan picker. Your data isn't deleted — resubscribe to pick up where you left off.
Tips & common pitfalls
- The trial needs no card. You can explore the entire app for 30 days before paying. Add a card only when you're ready to continue.
- Free Claim is not a shop plan. It's the marketing-tools-only tier for claimed directory listings — it doesn't open the dashboard. To run a shop, pick a paid plan.
- Branding, WraptorMail, and a website are included from day one. There's no feature to unlock — the $79/mo base plan ships with custom branding, WraptorMail, and your shop website out of the box.
- Annual = two months free. Paying yearly bills at 10× the monthly rate, so you skip two months versus paying month-to-month. Toggle to Annual on the picker to see the discounted per-month figure.
- Watch the meters before you hit a wall. Adding a teammate past your seat count, a location past your limit, or uploading past your storage cap is blocked until you add capacity. Check Billing → My Subscription to see your headroom.
- AI credits reset monthly. Wraptor includes 25 AI credits a month; it refills about every 30 days. Heavy AI users can buy credit packs (from $15) any time.
- Run low? Buy a top-up. Beyond your monthly pool you can purchase one-off AI credit packs; topped-up credits sit in a persistent balance that doesn't expire at month-end. Wraptor uses your monthly allowance first, then draws from the balance. The credits card in your dashboard shows both numbers and the buy button.
- Past-due ≠ locked out immediately. A failed payment gives you a grace period before the shop goes read-only — fix your card in that window and nothing is interrupted.
- Billing changes go through the portal. Plan switches, cards, invoices, and cancellation all happen in the Stripe portal via Manage Subscription — that's the one place to manage money.
- Franchise is a conversation. Unlimited everything is sales-led; reach out rather than looking for it on the picker.
- Already on a legacy plan? Nothing changes. Shops that signed up before the one-plan pricing change keep their original Designer/Installer/Shop/Pro Shop/Multi-Shop price and limits unless they choose to switch.
