So the temptation is obvious. What almost nobody covers is what you're actually signing up for: a pattern-software subscription, a dealer relationship with a film manufacturer, a plotter that can handle 8-mil urethane, and a learning curve that outlasts the training course by months. This is the business case — equipment, margins, ramp time, and the failure modes that turn a high-margin service into a redo factory.
