Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials via our identity provider (Clerk).

Business Information: Shop name, address, phone number, logo, tax rates, and other business details you provide to configure your account.

Customer Data: Information about your customers, vehicles, jobs, quotes, invoices, and communications that you enter into the platform.

Payment Information: Billing and subscription data is processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

Files & Media: Images, documents, proofs, and other files you upload are stored in our cloud storage infrastructure.

Email Data: WraptorMail provides native email within the platform. Your email messages are processed through our email infrastructure. If you connect your Google account, we may access Google Calendar events and Google Contacts in accordance with the scopes you authorize.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and device information.

Referral & Attribution Data: We collect information about how you found our Service, including referral URLs, UTM parameters from marketing campaigns, and landing page data. This helps us understand which channels bring users to Wraptor.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• To process transactions and send related information (invoices, receipts, billing alerts)
• To send notifications you have opted into (proof approvals, job updates, reminders)
• To send marketing and promotional communications, including product updates, feature announcements, onboarding assistance, tips, and special offers
• To contact you regarding your account, including follow-up communications to assist with onboarding or address questions about the Service
• To provide WraptorMail email services and sync your calendar and contacts when you connect your Google account
• To provide AI-powered features (wrap studio renders, smart summaries)
• To analyze referral sources and marketing attribution to improve our outreach

• To enforce our Terms of Service and protect against fraud or abuse

3. Marketing Communications

By creating an account on Wraptor, you consent to receive marketing and promotional communications from us via email. These may include product updates, feature announcements, educational content, onboarding tips, and special offers tailored to your business.

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link included in every marketing email, or by contacting us at contact@wraptorteam.com. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect transactional emails related to your account, billing, or active services.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google user data to provide and improve the features you explicitly authorized (email sync, calendar sync, contact import). We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate the platform (Stripe for payments, Clerk for authentication, Resend for email delivery, Cloudflare for storage and CDN, Neon for database hosting).
• Your Customers: Information you choose to share through the Service (proofs, quotes, invoices sent via customer portal).
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or government request.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted database connections, secure authentication via Clerk, and isolated cloud infrastructure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
