Do all plans include every feature?
Yes. Every plan - including Solo at $70/mo - includes the full platform: job board, CRM, invoicing, inventory, WraptorMail, Wrap Studio, client proofing, customer job tracker, and built-in intelligence. The only differences between plans are user count, locations, storage, and AI credits.
What are AI credits?
AI credits are used for content generation in Wrap Studio (showcase images and video clips). Everyday AI features like email auto-tagging, lead detection, smart replies, and inventory parsing are free on all plans and do not use credits.
What happens if I run out of AI credits?
Wrap Studio features pause until your credits refresh next month. All other AI features (email intelligence, lead detection, command bar) continue to work. You can also purchase additional credits if needed.
What is WraptorMail?
WraptorMail is a smart business email built into Wraptor. Every plan includes a WraptorMail inbox. It auto-tags leads, links emails to jobs, and sorts vendor conversations.
Can I use my own domain for email?
Yes. All plans support custom domains for WraptorMail (e.g., team@yourshop.com).
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No contracts, no setup fees. Pay month-to-month and cancel anytime. All plans include onboarding support.
Can I switch plans later?
