Color library
Every color your shop uses, matched and on file
Three color libraries in one screen: your shop's house palette, each customer's exact brand colors, and the full Wraptones catalog of thousands of named wrap shades. Every color carries hex, CMYK, and an optional Pantone reference so production matches prints the first time.

The problem
"What color was that, exactly?"
Without a single source of truth for color, designers guess and production reprints.
Without Wraptor
- Brand colors scribbled on a notepad or buried in old emails
- Reprinting a job because the color didn't match on press
- No CMYK or Pantone values to hand production for matching
- Hunting through swatch books for a vinyl shade by name
- Every repeat customer's colors re-keyed from scratch
With Wraptor
- A house palette of the colors your shop uses again and again
- Each customer's exact brand colors saved and tied to them
- Thousands of named Wraptones with hex and CMYK on tap
- Hex, CMYK, and Pantone on every color for clean matching
- Export selected colors as an ASE swatch file for your design app
How it works
From setup to done.
Build your shop palette
On the Shop Colors tab, add the colors you use constantly — name, hex, CMYK, and an optional Pantone code. They keep a defined display order so the grid stays organized.
Save a customer's brand colors
Switch to Brand Colors, pick the customer, and store their exact brand colors. Filed under that customer, they're ready every time you do repeat work for the business.
Pull from Wraptones
Open the Wraptones tab, search by name or filter by color family, and favorite the shades you reach for most. Select the ones you need and download an ASE swatch file.
Match the print
Copy any color's hex or CMYK values and paste them into your RIP or design software, so what comes off the printer matches what was approved.
Capabilities
Everything in the box.
Shop color palette
Your shop's house colors — the ones you use again and again — each with a name, hex, CMYK breakdown, and optional Pantone reference. Add, edit, delete, and keep them in a defined order.
Per-customer brand colors
Save a business customer's exact brand colors against their record so every job matches. Browse all customers' brand colors in one place, grouped by customer, and copy values instantly.
Wraptones catalog
A built-in library of thousands of named wrap colors with hex and CMYK, grouped by color family. Search by name and filter to reds, blues, neutrals, and more to land on the right shade.
Hex, CMYK & Pantone values
Every color shows a swatch and copyable values. Fill in CMYK and Pantone when you know them — those are what production uses to match a print, not just the on-screen hex.
Favorites & swatch export
Star the Wraptones you use often for quick access, then select colors and download a standard ASE swatch file to load straight into Adobe and other design software.
Copy-and-match workflow
Find a color on any tab — Shop, Brand, or Wraptones — and copy its hex or CMYK in one click to paste into your RIP or design tools, so matching and reusing colors is quick and accurate.
FAQ
Common questions.
What are the three color libraries in Wraptor?
The Colors screen has three tabs. Shop Colors is your shop's own house palette of the colors you use repeatedly. Brand Colors stores each customer's exact brand colors, organized by customer, so repeat work always matches. Wraptones is a built-in catalog of thousands of named wrap colors grouped by color family that you can search, favorite, and export.
Can I save a customer's brand colors in Wraptor?
Yes. On the Brand Colors tab you pick a customer and add their brand colors with a name, hex, CMYK, and optional Pantone. They're filed under that customer and available on their jobs. Brand colors live with the customer record too, so the two views share the same data.
What are Wraptones?
Wraptones is Wraptor's built-in catalog of thousands of named wrap colors, each with hex and CMYK values and grouped by color family. You can search by name, filter by family, mark favorites, and select colors to download as an ASE swatch file for your design software. The catalog is read-only — to make a Wraptone your own, add it to Shop Colors or a customer's Brand Colors.
Does Wraptor store CMYK and Pantone values for matching?
Yes. Every color carries a hex value, a CMYK breakdown, and an optional Pantone reference, all copyable in one click. CMYK and Pantone are what production uses to match a print on press, so filling them in keeps your prints accurate to the approved color.
Match every color the first time
