Open Scheduling → Services & hours, publish the booking page, set shop availability and rules, then choose an exact-time or preferred-date flow for each public service.

The customer chooses the right schedule
Short in-shop services can show live times in the customer's timezone. Longer or mobile projects collect a preferred start date for your approval. A vehicle photo can still prefill an AI ballpark from your rate card.

A date-request deposit can hold intent
For preferred-date services, an optional deposit goes through your connected Stripe account and toward the job. Wraptor creates the customer, intake job, and deposit invoice together. Exact-time deposits remain off until paid slot holds are supported.

Exact times can auto-confirm or wait for review. From Scheduling → Online bookings, one approval creates the calendar event and sends the customer a branded confirmation; a polite decline is one tap too.

What if I don't want deposits?
Leave the deposit amount empty and preferred-date booking still works as a free request flow. Exact-time appointments do not collect deposits yet, so live slots remain free to book or request.
Where does the deposit money go?
A preferred-date deposit goes directly to your shop's connected Stripe account, like every other Wraptor payment — Wraptor is never in the middle of your money.
Can customers reschedule or cancel themselves?
Yes, when you enable those controls. Eligible exact-time appointments can move to another live slot before your cutoff, and bookings can be cancelled online when allowed. Paid-deposit cancellations stay with the shop so refund handling cannot be skipped.
Do I need the website builder to use it?
