How much vinyl does it take to wrap a car?

A compact car needs 225-250 square feet of coverage, a mid-size sedan 250-275, an SUV 275-325, a standard cargo van 325-375, and a high-roof Sprinter 400-450 — then add a waste factor of 15% for experienced installers on simple vehicles, 20% typically, or 25-30% for complex jobs. On a 60-inch roll, divide square feet by 5 to get linear feet. Full tables: wraptor.io/blog/how-much-vinyl-to-wrap-a-car.
