Yes — vinyl-safe ceramic coatings can be applied over a wrap and help extend its life, especially on gloss finishes (avoid gloss-adding products on matte wraps). The reverse doesn't work: vinyl adhesive won't bond reliably to a ceramic-coated surface, so the coating has to come off before wrapping.
